Digital Delivery Policy
Every product sold on WebTheme.shop is a digital, downloadable file — themes, templates, plugins, presets, eBooks or similar. Nothing is shipped physically, and no shipping address is required at checkout.
How you receive your files
- Instant access after payment. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the download link appears instantly in your account under My Account → Downloads.
- Confirmation email. The same link is emailed to the address used at checkout. If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
- Download window. Links remain active for the period stated on the product page. You can download the file more than once within that window.
- Re-download any time. As long as your account is active you can always revisit My Account → Downloads to get the file again — you never lose access.
For customers outside India
Because delivery is digital, there is no customs duty, no import tax and no shipping charge for international customers. A customer in any country receives the file in the same way, at the same time, as a customer in India.
File details
File name, format (ZIP, PDF, JSON, XMP and so on), file size and system requirements are listed on each product page. Please check the requirements before purchasing — products are sold as-is.
If you have a problem
If a download link does not work, has expired, or the file is corrupted or incorrect, contact us at akshaysarwa@webtheme.shop with your Order ID. We will investigate and normally resolve it within 24 hours by re-issuing a fresh link or replacing the file.
