Payment Methods — WebTheme.shop
All payments on WebTheme.shop are processed securely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway used by millions of businesses in India and around the world. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.
For customers in India
Indian customers are automatically shown prices in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and can pay using any of these methods:
- UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay and any UPI app
- Credit & Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express
- Net Banking — all major Indian banks (supports 50+ banks)
- Wallets — PhonePe Wallet, PayZapp, Mobikwik, Amazon Pay, Freecharge and more
- Pay Later — select cardless EMI and pay-later options where available
For customers outside India
Customers from every other country are automatically shown prices in US Dollars (US$ / USD). International payments are accepted through:
- International Cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards issued anywhere in the world
- 3-D Secure 2.0 — an extra bank-level security step required for most international card payments
Razorpay supports payments in 160+ international currencies and settles them in INR to our Indian business account, so the exchange rate is applied once, at checkout, with no surprise deductions on our side.
Direct Bank Transfer
Bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS / UPI) is also available for larger orders. Bank details are shown on the invoice after you place the order. Please note that a bank transfer order is confirmed only after the amount reflects in our account, which can take up to 2 business days.
How the currency is decided
You do not need to choose. WebTheme.shop detects your location automatically:
- Visitors from India see prices in ₹ and can pay by UPI, cards, net banking or wallets
- Visitors from all other countries see prices in US$ and can pay by international card
You can change the currency yourself at any time using the currency selector on any product page, and the amount shown at checkout is always final. Because all products are digital, there is no shipping charge and no tax added at checkout.
If your payment does not go through
Payments can occasionally be declined by your bank. If a payment window is closed or a payment is cancelled, no money is deducted and no order is created — you can simply try again or use a different method.
If money has been deducted but you have not received your product, email us at akshaysarwa@webtheme.shop with your Order ID and Payment ID and we will resolve it within 24 hours.
Security
- All pages are served over encrypted HTTPS/SSL
- Payments are handled on Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant servers
- We never store full card numbers, expiry dates or security codes
- All order and download activity is logged for fraud prevention
