Terms and Conditions
By using WebTheme.shop or purchasing any product from us, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Licence
Every purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for one end project — personal or commercial, as specified on the product page. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence, share, or make the source files publicly available. A product marked “Extended Licence” or “Developer Licence” is covered separately — see its product page.
2. Payments and currency
- All payments are processed by Razorpay. Cards, UPI, net banking and wallets are accepted for customers in India; international cards are accepted for customers elsewhere.
- Prices are shown in ₹ INR for customers in India and in US$ USD for all other countries, detected automatically at checkout. The amount displayed at checkout is final.
- All prices are exclusive of any tax that your local law requires us to add; where applicable it is shown at checkout.
- As a digital-only store, no shipping charge is ever added.
- A payment that is cancelled or declined results in no charge and no order being created.
3. Delivery
Products are delivered instantly as digital downloads to My Account → Downloads and to your checkout email. Download limits and link validity are stated per product. Please keep your download links safe — anyone with the link can access the file.
4. Compatibility
Digital products are sold exactly as described. We do not guarantee that a product will work with every theme, plugin, hosting environment or future version of any software, except where explicitly stated. Always review the requirements on the product page and any live demo before purchasing.
5. Refunds
Refund rules are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please read that page before purchasing — it forms part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
All product files, website content, text, images and branding are owned by WebTheme.shop or its licensors. Your purchase grants a licence to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of the product itself.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or resell products; share download links publicly; use our products to create competing products for resale; attempt to breach site security; or use the site unlawfully.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
